- You can call the clinic at 608-262-3951 and provide the clinic receptionist with information to schedule an appointment.
What hours is the clinic open?
- We are open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The clinic is open during the three academic semsters of the year and closed for holidays and vacation breaks. The hearing aid fitting and dispensing program maintains “on-call” office hours during vacation breaks.
Is there a waiting list?
- Depending upon the services you are seeking there may be a waiting list. The wait is specific for the area of service. Please contact us for more specific information.
What do services cost?
- The fees vary depending on the services provided during the appointment.
How can I pay for services?
- We ask for payment at the time of service. Services can be paid by cash, check or credit card.
Does your clinic bill insurance companies for services?
- We do not bill insurance providers. However, upon request we will provide you with documentation if you choose to file a claim with your provider.
