Interests

Joan’s clinical interests include the treatment of children’s speech delays of known and unknown origins and the treatment of stuttering and other fluency disorders across the age span.  She is an ASHA board certified specialist and mentor for fluency disorders. Her collaborative research has focused primarily on the treatment of speech delays of unknown origins.
